Return Procedure
Your satisfaction is important to us. All orders and merchandise will be inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed. All purchases are unconditionally returnable for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase except as noted below. Should you find it necessary to return any items here’s how to do it.
1. Call our customer service department, (248) 477-6666 to obtain a Return Authorization number.
2. Please retain original packing material for the purpose of returning merchandise. Package items carefully.
3. Include your packing slip, noting all items being returned and if they are being refunded or exchanged with a brief explanation for the return.
4. We suggest that you insure the package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the items were defective or shipped in error.

Exceptions
Sheet music, Books and CDs: Sheet music, books and CDs are non refundable unless defective. If defective they must be returned within 30 days of purchase for same title replacement only.
Strings: Un-opened strings may be returned within 30 days of purchase; however installed strings are not returnable.
Instruments and bows: All instruments and bows have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Non defective bows and instruments may be returned in “as new” condition. Repair costs or depreciation may otherwise be charged.
